PICTURES ARE NUMBER ONE! High-quality real estate photography can significantly impact whether your property catches the eye of potential investors and buyers online. With buyers busier than ever, particularly out-of-town investors who may not have the chance for a drive-by, the first impression often comes from the photos in the MLS listing or the images that accompany online listings.
Given the limited time buyers have and the countless listings they review, they will quickly move on if the photos don’t showcase the property effectively. Often, after touring your property, buyers will revisit the online listing, using the photos to piece together the floor plan and understand how the home flows. Great photos that accurately represent the property can keep their interest and even encourage them to schedule another visit or make an offer!
